Release notes for Webgility Online v8.61.0
We are pleased to share updates across our recent release (WO 8.61.0).
What's New
New Sales Channel Integrations — Squarespace and Ecwid
Two new sales channels join Webgility Online in beta with this release: Squarespace and Ecwid. Orders, refunds, and products sync with QuickBooks out of the gate.
Order Updates — extended across channels
Order Updates is now live across BigCommerce, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Magento API, Wix, TikTok Shop, and LightspeedX. For any order that changes after it's already been posted — items added/removed, quantity changes, cancellations — Webgility detects the change, surfaces it in an Updates tab, and lets you Accept or Reject it. On Accept, QBO invoices update in place instead of duplicating, while sales receipts are removed and re-created. Payment-status change tracking specifically is live today on Shopify, BigCommerce, and LightspeedX — including LightspeedX payment sync now enabled for all profiles — with the remaining channels to follow.
Enhanced Product Matching — Configurable multi-field precedence
Products in the catalog were previously matched using different criteria depending on which section they fell into, leading to inconsistent matches across the catalog. That's fixed now — users can configure which field takes priority (priority 1, priority 2, and so on) for matching, applied consistently across the whole catalog. A new suggestion engine recommends the ideal priority order and shows the percentage of products that would match under that recommended setting, so you can see the impact before applying it. The matched-via field is now visible (and unmatchable) right in the Product Catalog.
