We’re excited to introduce Webgility Online 8.43.1, focused on improving user experience, simplifying troubleshooting, and expanding integration capabilities.

1. Easier Access for Expired Accounts

Users with expired subscriptions can now log in and view a clear in-app notification about their account status. This ensures better visibility and a smoother path to reactivation instead of being completely blocked.

2. Improved Sync Error Clarity

Troubleshooting is now more intuitive with clearer, actionable error messages for common QuickBooks sync issues:

  • Specific guidance when Shipping is disabled in QuickBooks (Error 6000)
  • More user-friendly dashboard and connection alerts
  • Session timeouts are now shown as informational messages instead of errors


This reduces confusion and helps users resolve issues without needing support.

3. Smoother Trial Onboarding

New users can now move seamlessly from sign-up to their first successful sync.

4. Amazon Japan Marketplace Support

Amazon Japan is now supported as a sales channel, allowing merchants already operating in other Amazon regions to expand their reach into the Japanese marketplace.

5. WooCommerce Custom Fields Sync

Webgility Online now syncs custom product fields from WooCommerce, enabling businesses with customized store setups to map and manage specialized product data more efficiently.
