What’s New?

New Customer-Related Flag Alerts

Orders with QuickBooks customer-related issues are now flagged directly on the orders page with clear resolution actions. This includes specific alerts for inactive customers mapped to orders, ensuring users can address the root cause and get their data moving before errors occur.

Store & Accounting Connection Flags

We’ve expanded our proactive flagging to keep all integrations running smoothly:

  • Store Connection Issues:

    • If a store authentication issue is found, a flag will now appear in the Dashboard alert message widget. Available only for Amazon for now, but will iteratively launch for other stores.

  • Unified Accounting Flags:

    • Similar to store issues, QuickBooks Online (QBO) authentication issues are flagged proactively in the dashboard. Even if the accounting system becomes completely disconnected, a flag will be displayed in the same area to ensure it remains visible until resolved.
