What's New & Why It Matters
1. Create Missing Items During Payout & Settlement Recon
Posting a payout or settlement takes 30+ minutes. If a missing item blocked the run mid-way, users had to cancel everything, fix it in QuickBooks manually, and start over from scratch — 30 minutes gone.
Now users can map the item to an existing QuickBooks item or create a new one on the spot and keep going. No restart, no lost progress.
2. Sales Tax Mapping — From Hours to Seconds
For users managing multiple tax jurisdictions, importing tax records into the mapping screen could take hours — and the grid would freeze mid-way, making it impossible to complete. With 41,000+ records, users often gave up and worked around it.
