Release Notes for Webgility Desktop v9.10.4
This release introduces important compliance updates, Shopify and QuickBooks Desktop enhancements, improved payout handling, and several workflow improvements designed to make order management and accounting more efficient.
What's New
• UPS B2B/B2C Compliance Indicator — Webgility Desktop now supports UPS’s new B2B/B2C shipment indicator, keeping your shipments compliant ahead of the July 1 deadline.
• Consolidated Shopify Return Credit Memos — Shopify orders with a return and refund now generate a single, consolidated credit memo in QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) instead of multiple separate entries.
• Paid Status Sync for Sales Orders — Sales Orders converted in QBD now sync their Paid status back to Shopify automatically.
• Split Payment Support in Consolidated Payouts — Webgility Desktop now correctly captures split payments in consolidated payout postings.
• Improved eBay Shipment Matching via ShipStation — eBay shipment downloads from ShipStation now fall back to matching by Order Number when the primary match fails, reducing missed shipment updates.
• Amazon Japan Product Name Fallback — Listings with Kanji-character product names now automatically fall back to the English name when posting to QBD, preventing posting errors.
• Tracking Write-Back Toggle — Added an option to disable tracking number write-back to Shopify order notes.
