Release Notes for Webgility Desktop v9.10.1

We're excited to announce the release of Webgility Desktop v9.10.1. This release introduces key compliance updates, workflow enhancements, and expanded marketplace support aimed at improving operational efficiency and ensuring uninterrupted integrations for users.

What’s New

FedEx Compliance Update (Mandatory)

With FedEx transitioning away from legacy integration methods to modern REST-based APIs, Webgility Desktop v9.10.1 incorporates the required compliance updates. This ensures that users can continue generating shipping labels and processing shipments without disruption as FedEx enforces its new standards.

Post to Order Without Status Restrictions (Settlement & Payout Reconciliation)

The latest update removes posting restrictions tied to order status for Amazon Settlement Reconciliation and Payout Reconciliation workflows. Users can now post transactions regardless of whether orders are marked as cancelled, unpaid, or ignored—minimizing reconciliation bottlenecks and ensuring smoother financial operations.

Post Multiple Shopify Payouts at Once

Support for batch processing has been introduced for Shopify payouts. This allows users to post multiple payouts simultaneously, significantly reducing manual effort and improving efficiency for businesses managing high transaction volumes.

Sales Order to Partial Invoice Flow Improvements

Enhancements have been made to the Sales Order to Partial Invoice workflow within QuickBooks Desktop. These improvements provide better handling across various posting scenarios, delivering a more reliable and flexible invoicing experience.

Amazon Japan — Beta Launch

Webgility Desktop v9.10.1 introduces beta support for Amazon Japan as a new sales channel. Sellers operating in Japan can now connect their marketplace accounts, sync orders, and integrate accounting data with QuickBooks—unlocking new opportunities in a growing international market.
