Troubleshooting Steps :

Step 1: Check the order details and copy the SKU of the product that is mentioned in the error.

 

Step 2: Check the item that product is matched or mapped to

 

Step 3: Remove the mapping.

Step 4: Post the order again.

Note: If the negative is a discount then it should be posted with a discount type item, if it is a refund then it can posted with a non-inventory item in QuickBooks
