Cause of the issue:
This issue typically arises when posting orders from Webgility Desktop into QuickBooks. This error indicates that a unit of measure assigned on the item is either missing in the Webgility Desktop database or doesn’t match the unit of measure in QuickBooks.
Steps to fix:

In Webgility Desktop, navigate to the Products in the menu options.

Then in the left hand side panel in the center, look for Additional Mapping, hover over the mouse and click on “Quantity/Weight”.

This will open another window, so ensure Use QuickBooks Unit of measure is selected.

Then search for the item that came in the order and check its Quantity in Pack mapping. Correct the mapping if needed and then click on “Map Products” to save.

Once done, try to post the order again.
