Order Re-download in Webgility Desktop

This article explains Webgility Desktop users how to enable and use the order re-download feature in Webgility Desktop when integrated with QuickBooks Desktop. Re-downloading orders may be necessary when order details have changed on the sales channel, updates were made after the initial download, or as part of troubleshooting. The guide outlines how to refresh order data while avoiding duplicate entries in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Note: Please ensure that the order is unsynced from QuickBooks before you refresh them, as redownloading a posted order will mark it as unposted and you might end up posting the same order multiple times to QuickBooks resulting in duplicate transactions.
