To resolve this issue, you will need to manually adjust the order's shipping amount. After making the adjustment, overwrite the total by saving the updated order. Finally, balance the total by deducting the amount that was added during the overwrite process. This will ensure the correct total is reflected in the system.
Once the amount is edited, you can post it to QuickBooks Desktop since it will be a non-zero amount. Once don,e you can edit or retain the order in QuickBooks Desktop.
