Managing Webgility Portal Accounts: Password Changes and Login Help
This article helps Webgility Desktop users manage essential Webgility portal account and login issues, including how to change passwords and successfully log into the portal.
Webgility uses two distinct sets of login credentials. Knowing the difference between them helps ensure smooth access to both your Webgility Portal Account and the Webgility Application.
Types of Login Credentials

My Account/Portal Login Credentials
Used to manage your account details, billing, subscriptions, and other administrative settings. -
Webgility Product Login Credentials
Note: Your portal password and product password can be different. Changing one does not automatically change the other.
Used to log into the Webgility Desktop or Webgility Online applications for day-to-day operations.
How to Access Your Webgility Portal Account:

Visit https://portal.webgility.com directly, or

Access the portal from within the Webgility applications:

Webgility Desktop:
Click the profile icon (initials in the top-right corner) → Accounts → Manage My Account (this redirects you to the portal). -
Webgility Online:
Click the profile icon (top-right corner) → My Account

How to Change Your Portal Login Credentials:

Sign in to your Webgility Portal account.

Under the Home section, go to Profile.

Click Edit/Change Password to update your email address or password.
How to Change Your Webgility Product Login Credentials (Email or Password):

Sign in to your Webgility Portal account.

Navigate to the Add-on section.

Under Users, click Edit / Change Password to update login email or password.
