Managing Amazon Order Download Preferences in Webgility Desktop for Amazon sub-channels
This article helps Webgility Desktop users control which Amazon order types such as FBA, FBM, or CAD are downloaded into Webgility Desktop by providing a step-by-step guide to customize order download settings based on their business needs.
Steps To Troubleshoot:
- Verify the Sub Stores selected for Amazon Sales Channel, in Webgility Desktop navigate to Connections go to Sales Channels then Manage Sales Channels, click on the edit icon under Action Column.
- Under Select Stores to enable verify which sub stores orders you need to download in Webgility, you may also select Do not Download Merchant orders or uncheck Enable Fulfillment by FBA.
- If you're making any changes, click on Test Sales Channel Connection, you will be redirected to the Amazon Seller Central to enter your login credentials.
- Scroll down to the bottom to accept the terms and click on continue.
- Once done in Webgility Desktop go to the New Orders Tab and click on Get New Orders to download the orders.
- If you would like to remove the unwanted downloaded orders in Webgility, go to the New Orders tab select the orders, at the bottom click on More Actions and select Delete.
- Once deleted those orders will be moved to the Trash Tab in Webgility Desktop, you may either restore or delete them permanently as per your requirement.
