Maintaining Seamless Shopify Integration by Updating Authorization in Webgility Desktop

This article helps Webgility Desktop users update their Shopify authorization within Webgility Desktop to maintain seamless integration and order management.

Steps:

  • Navigate to Connections, go to Sales Channels then Manage Sales Channels and click on the edit icon for Shopify
  • Re-enter your Shopify Admin Credentials and click on Test Sales Channel Connection.
  • Webgility Desktop will re-direct the user to the Shopify login page, enter your Shopify Admin Credentials.
  • Click on Login and if you see a page to update the Webgility Application, on the Shopify Webpage scroll down to the bottom and click on yes.
  • Once done the user will receive a successfully connected prompt, which will also reauthorize the token.
