Locating Downloaded Settlement Reports and posting them via Webgility Desktop into QuickBooks Desktop
This article helps Webgility Desktop users accurately track and post Amazon settlement reports to QuickBooks Desktop, ensuring proper accounting and reconciliation.
Steps to Post Settlement Reports to QuickBooks

Open the Settlement Report Tab
Navigate to:
Orders > Amazon > Settlement Report -
Locate the report in the "Pending" tab.
Find the downloaded settlement report under the Pending tab.
Click the Post to QuickBooks button next to the report. -
Keep Webgility Open During Posting
You may continue using other parts of Webgility during this process.Note: Do not close Webgility Desktop while posting. If closed, the posting will stop, and you'll need to start again after logging back in.

Confirm the Report is Posted:
Once the report is successfully posted and there are no mismatches, it will move to the Posted tab. -
Review the Report Details
Hover over the row of the posted report and click Detail to view the summary, including order breakdowns and fees. -
Mark the report as settled.
If everything looks accurate, click Mark As Settled.
Confirm the action in the pop-up.
The report will now appear in the Settled list.
