You might want to map catalog items to inventory records and ensure that quantity synchronization is activated between your sales channels and Webgility Desktop.

Steps to map items and enable quantity sync

1. Item Mapping Steps

  • In Webgility Desktop, navigate to "Products> Missing in QuickBooks."
  • Here, you'll find a list of products from your online store (e.g., Shopify) that aren't currently matched with any products in QuickBooks.
  • Select the products you want to map and click the "Map Product" button at the bottom.

2. Enabling Quantity Synchronization

  • Go to the Products > settings > sync settings.
  • Enable the quantity sync option.

3. Syncing Selected Items

  • For immediate action, use the Sync option on the mapped items.
