How Webgility Desktop Posts Shopify Payouts and Records Payments in QuickBooks Desktop

Required Setting

To ensure payments are created and recorded accurately, enable the following option:

Create payment when posting payouts/settlement with payment date as payout/settlement date

Steps to Enable the Setting

  1. Open Webgility Desktop.

  2. Navigate to:
    Connections > Accounting/POS/ERP > Posting Settings > Orders

  3. Locate the setting:
    Create payment when posting payouts/settlement with payment date as payout/settlement date

  4. Check the box to enable it.

  5. Click Save to apply the change.
