Initial Checks
- Confirm Account Details: Ensure that you are using the correct QBO and Webgility accounts.
- Verify Connection Status:
- Log into both their QBO and Webgility accounts.
- Check current integration status in the Webgility dashboard (Connections > Accounting/POS/ERP > Edit Connection).
Attempt Re-connection
- Disconnect QuickBooks Online in Webgility:
- Go to Connections > Accounting/POS/ERP > Edit Connection in Webgility.
- Click Disconnect next to QuickBooks Online.
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
- Fully log out of both platforms.
