Issue Description:
- Shopify backdated orders displayed a $0 amount and could not be downloaded properly.
- Payout data for these orders was not provided by Shopify, preventing order posting to QuickBooks.
- Orders with $0 value were not mapping to the intended customer (e.g., 'MARKETING') due to a customization lapse.
Resolution Steps:
- Ensure order download settings included all relevant statuses and date ranges.
- Navigate to Connections > Accounting/POS > Sync Settings > Optional Settings and make sure that 'Do not post order with Zero amount' is unchecked.
- Click Save and close on the last tab and then try posting the orders again.
