If you are facing issue where orders were not syncing from Shopify to Webgility Online. Upon investigation, the root cause was identified as a software bug impacting the synchronization of multiple orders.

Root Cause

A defect in Webgility Online prevented new Shopify orders from transmitting properly. This caused orders to appear missing or incomplete in affected Webgility Online accounts integrated with Shopify.


 

Resolution Steps

1. Reconnect Store

navigate to Connections > Shopify Store > Reauthorize.


2. Try download again

Now try to download the orders again.
