How to solve Item Mapping and Inventory Sync Issues with Webgility Desktop

Steps To Resolve:

  • Download the latest Products Data from QuickBooks & Sales Channel by going into Connections and Get Latest Data & Settings.
  • Verify the Active Mapping of your QuickBooks & Sales Channel Items under Product Catalog.
  • Remove any in-correct mapping by applying the Mapped Filter under Products Catalog
  • Make sure items the user is trying to sync, is not inside an order which is in New Orders tab.
  • Once everything is verified try manually syncing an item.
