How to solve Inventory Sync Issues Caused by Duplicate SKUs in Webgility Desktop
This article helps Webgility Desktop users troubleshoot inventory synchronization failures in sales channels caused by duplicate SKUs and SKU mismatches. It provides step-by-step procedures to identify and resolve SKU conflicts that disrupt seamless inventory syncing.
Recommended Troubleshooting Steps:
- Download latest item's data in Webgility under Get Latest data & connections.
- In Webgility go to the Products Tab and hit the refresh icon
- Use the Mapped filter from the upper right-hand side and verify active mappings on Sales Channel and Quickbooks All Products.
- Remove any active incorrect mapping
- Reconnect the Sales Channel under Manage Sales Channels and download the store item's data from scratch by clearing the date in Advanced Sales Channel Settings.
