Step-by-Step Resolution:

  • Check the Sales Channel connection under Connections and Sales Channels then go to Manage Sales Channels click on the edit icon, Connect to Store.
  • Verify the Quantity in QuickBooks under Items List.
  • Once the Quantity has been verified download the Store Data & QB Data under Get Latest Data & Settings.
  • We can also download the items data from scratch by clearing out the last download date for QB & Store items under Connections and Sales Channels then go to Advanced Settings.
  • After clearing the data go to the Products Tab, click on the small arrow beside refresh icon and hit download from scratch.
  • If you're still facing issues check any active mappings and invalid mappings in the Products Tab.
