How to solve historical orders download issues
This article helps Webgility Desktop users through resolving historical order download issues, including steps for reconnecting stores and configuring order download settings. It also covers advanced order download options to optimize syncing and prevent missing orders.
Recommended Troubleshooting Steps
- Update Webgility if you're using an outdated version and turn off the scheduler while manually downloading the orders.
- In Webgility go to Connections >> Sales Channels >> Manage Sales Channels and click on the edit then click on connect to store
- After testing the store connection go to Advanced Sales Channel Settings and check the no. of days selected for Do not download orders older than. if making any changes click on save.
- Go to Sales Channel Settings, verify the order download date & selected order statuses.
- Click on Get New Orders, old missing orders will be downloaded.
