- Verify Gift Card mapping in Webgility under Products Tab, select the mapped filter from the upper right-hand side, verify active and incorrect mappings.

- If you're not able to find the QB item which you need to map with the gift card item, go to Connections and Get latest data & settings, download QB data.
- Once the gift card has been mapped retry posting the order.
