  • Update Webgility Desktop to the latest version by downloading the client from the Webgility Portal, portal.webgility.com
  • Once the application is updated, go to C:\Webgility\UnifyEnterprise and run process UnifyDBUpgrade.
  • The process will run in the background once competed, it will show a prompt.
  • After updating the database manually open Webgility and you should no longer face this error.
