How to solve eBay Item Download Issues in Webgility Desktop
This article helps Webgility Desktop users troubleshoot eBay item download issues that may be caused by incorrect posting date settings or advanced download filters. It provides guidance on reviewing and adjusting these settings to ensure successful item downloads from eBay.
If you are facing issue with Ebay item download issue, the root cause can be related to settings for posting dates and advanced download filters.
Recommended Troubleshooting Steps;
- Reconnect eBay by going into Connections and Manage Sales Channels.
- After reconnecting the store go to Advanced Store Settings and clear the last download date for store items
- After clearing the data go to Sync Settings and Products, use a very old date for download products from dropdown.
- Click on save after making changes to the date, close sync settings and go to Products Tab.
- Beside the refresh icon there's a small arrow and select download from scratch.
- If the list still does not populate we need to check item listing in Webgility, in Products on the left-hand side click on Missing in eBay line.
- Then click on Products Presets and verify which Listings are selected, Active or Inactive. Update Webgility if you're using an outdated version.
