How to Retrieve Tracking IDs in Webgility Desktop from QuickBooks Desktop Sales Orders and Invoices
This article helps Webgility Desktop users in retrieving Tracking IDs through Webgility Desktop after entering them into Sales Orders or Invoices in QuickBooks Desktop and ensures the tracking information is sent back to the sales channel.
Steps To Troubleshoot:
- In Webgility desktop , navigate to the ‘Connections’ and then select ‘Shipping’ and ‘Shipping Settings’
- In Shipment Settings, go to the QuickBooks Shipping Manager tab, veify the General Settings for “QuickBooks Shipping Manager”
- “Retrieve Tracking ID from QuickBooks Field” (Memo or the Other field) check the selected matching texts.
- If making any changes click on save, and close the Shipping Settings.

To manually retrieve the Tracking ID and post it to the store, go to the impacted order in Webgility Desktop

Select the order or orders you want to retrieve the Tracking ID from QuickBooks

At the bottom of the Webgility dashboard, select More Actions and then select Retrieve Tracking ID.
