Step-by-Step Resolution
1. Verify the Item Mapping

Go to Products > Under Sales Channel All Products > Click on the View dropdown and select Mapped.

Identify the impacted SKUs by reviewing the Order History tab details.
2. Download Item Data

Navigate to Connections > Sales Channels > Advanced Settings.

Click Clear for both:

Last Download Date for QuickBooks Items

Last Download Date for QuickBooks Customers
-

Click Save and Close.

Go to Connections > Get Latest Data & Settings.

Click the drop-down next to Download Data and select Re-Download All Data.

Wait for the process to complete—it may take a few minutes based on your data size.

If sales channel data appears outdated, click the Download Data button again to refresh settings.
4. Perform Item Mapping

Navigate to Product > Missing in QuickBooks.

Select the products you want to map and click Map Product.

In the pop-up, choose either One Click Mapping or Auto-recommendation.

For One Click Mapping, select the appropriate QuickBooks field (e.g., Manufacturer Part#, Barcode, Sub-Item) that matches your store SKU, then click Continue.

If mapping is successful, choose to continue mapping other products or skip for now.

For Auto-Recommendation, review the suggested matches from QuickBooks, select the correct item, and click Map Product.

If no match is found, use Manual Mapping by clicking Search for correct match, find the correct QuickBooks item, and map it.

5. Verify and Finalize Mapping

After completing the mapping, navigate to Products > All Products > Mapped filter..

Confirm that all items are properly mapped and visible in the system.
