Resolution Steps

  1. Access Admin Settings:
    • Log in to the affected Webgility Online account with admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to Automation Settings:
    • Go to Automation from the main menu.
    • Select Scheduler Rules.
  3. Verify Inventory Sync Status:
    • Locate the inventory sync/scheduled task.

  4. Enable Inventory Sync:
    • If disabled, manually enable the sync option.
    • Save any changes made to scheduler rules.
