Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Confirm the Sync Failure

Check if you’re unable to sync your item lists or import products successfully into Webgility Desktop.

Review any failed sync attempts or error messages displayed in Webgility.

Identify if the issue started after any update or change to integration settings.
2. Backup Current Sync Settings

In Webgility Desktop, go to the System menu and select Backup.

When prompted, choose the location to save the backup file. We recommend selecting the Webgility folder located at:
C:\Webgility

The backup file will be saved with a
.bak
extension. -
The time required to complete the backup may vary depending on the size of your database.

3. Download Items from Scratch from Both QuickBooks & Sales Channel in Webgility Desktop

Clear Last Download Date:

Go to Connections > Sales Channel > Advanced Settings > Application tab.

Clear the last download date for both QuickBooks and Sales Channel items.

Click Save and Close.

Download from Sales Channel:

Navigate to Products > Sales Channel > All Products.

Click the Refresh button and wait for the sync to finish.
