How to re-download a Shopify payout report in Webgility Desktop

This article will help you re-download the Shopify payout in Webgility Desktop. If the amount is mismatched or there is another error, re-downloading can fix the issue.

Steps to follow

Please follow these steps to redownload the payout

1. Go to Orders in the menu options then Shopify and click on Payouts.


2. Move your mouse over the payout with the error and find the Remove option.


3. Click Remove. A message will appear—choose the Re-download option.


4. After you see a success message, close it and try posting the payout again.
