This article helps Webgility Desktop users in resolving Shopify payout posting errors caused by duplicate invoice numbers appearing on multiple orders. It outlines a clear procedure to identify and correct invoice number conflicts, ensuring successful and accurate payout synchronization.

Steps To Resolve:

  • Verify the impacted orders in the Posted Tab and check the O number & the transaction created in QuickBooks.
  • If you see duplicate invoice numbers, unsync the order from QuickBooks, re-download the order and Sync it back to Quickbooks.
  • Re-verify the transaction created in QuickBooks.
  • Once done, re-try posting the Shopify Payout.
