How to Confirm the Issue is Resolved
1. Reconnect Shopify Store

Connections > Shopify channel > Reauthorize
2. Test Download of New Orders
To download the latest Shopify orders:

Go to Webgility Online > Sales > Orders

Run a standard download using today's settings.

Check if your missing Shopify orders now appear in your order list.
3. Use a Backdate if Orders Are Still Missing
If the orders still do not appear:

Navigate to Orders.
