How to Fix product Mismatches Between Sales Channels and QuickBooks Online in Webgility Online

This article helps Webgility Online users resolve inventory mismatches such as missing items or incorrect product details between their sales channel and QuickBooks Online in Webgility Online by providing a simple, non-technical process to re-download product data and realign item mappings for accurate, up-to-date inventory.

Steps To Troubleshoot:
  • In Webgility Online on the left-hand side panel, go to Products Tab and hit the refresh icon on right-hand side to see get the latest items list.
  • Now verify the active, automatic, and manual matching in the list, make sure to remove any incorrect mappings as well.
  • The user can also remap the item if they would like to, if you're re-mapping an item make sure the item criteria is not coming under automatically matched.

  • Are items missing, mismatched, or duplicated?

  • Make sure it's not just a display issue—check for filters or sorting options.
