How to Fix Out-of-Sync eBay Items and Incorrect Quantities in Webgility Desktop

This article helps Webgility Desktop users address eBay product synchronization issues, particularly when items appear out of sync or display incorrect quantities. It explains the necessary steps to diagnose and resolve these discrepancies for accurate inventory management.

Steps To Resolve:

  • Update Webgility, in Webgility navigate to Help and click on Check For Updates.
  • Click on the Refresh Icon under Products Tab, to download latest Store & QuickBooks Products.
  • Verify active mappings in All Products Store/QuickBooks.
  • Once done, manually sync an item.
