How to Fix Order Posting Issues Related to Gift Card Payments and Multi-Currency in Webgility Desktop

Steps To Resolve:

  • Download latest QuickBooks data under Connections and go to Get Latest Data 7 Settings
  • Verify the active gift card Mapping in Webgility under Products.
  • Make sure the gift card currency and the currency for your QuickBooks Account, Customer/Vendor is same.
  • Once the above steps are verified try posting the order.
