Steps to Resolve:
- Check Sales Channel Connection: Navigate to Connections, click on Sales Channels, and go to Manage Sale Channels.
- Click on the edit icon under "Action," "Test Store Connection." If credentials were changed, make sure to update them on this page and click on "Save."
- Download the latest QuickBooks & Sales Channel Data under Connections and go to Get latest data & settings.
- Verify active mappings in the Products Tab, Item Status, and SKU# or item name.
- Once done, retry syncing the items.
