How to Fix Etsy Orders Not Downloading in Webgility Desktop

In Webgility Desktop, Etsy orders rely on product data for proper syncing. If products are not downloaded before attempting to fetch new orders, the system will not be able to map and import them, resulting in failed downloads.

Resolution Steps

1. Verify Etsy Sales Channel Connection

  • Navigate to Connections > Sales Channel > Manage Sales Channel.

  • Locate your Etsy sales channel click on edit connection and ensure the connection by re-authenticate the Etsy store to restore the connection.

2. Check for Product Data

  • Go to Products > All Products.

  • From the left panel, select All Products under your Etsy sales channel.

  • Confirm that products from Etsy are listed.

  • If no products appear, proceed to the next step.

3. Manually Download Products from Etsy

  • Navigate to Products.

  • From the left panel, select All products under your Etsy sales channel.

  • Beside the last download click on the round circle arrow to download products.

  • Wait for the download to complete.

  • Once done verify the Etsy products are now listed.

4. Download New Etsy Orders

  • Go to Orders > Get New Orders.

  • Check if the most recent Etsy orders are now visible and syncing in Webgility Desktop.

Additional Checks (if orders still do not download)

  • Log out of Webgility Desktop and log back in. Then repeat Steps 3 and 4.

  • Verify that product SKUs in Etsy match those used in Webgility Desktop.

  • Check for API rate limits or restrictions that may be delaying the order sync.
