Steps To Resolve:

  • Test the Sales Channel Connection: Navigate to Connections go to Sales Channels then Manage Sales Channels, click on the edit icon and Test Store Connection.
  • Go to Connections then Sales Channels and Advanced Sales Channel Settings, under Products Settings check the option to Download Online Products in the batches of, increase/decrease the batch size and click on save.
  • Update Webgility Desktop go to Help and click on Check for Updates.
