How to export the product mappings in Webgility Desktop.

This article explains to Webgility Desktop users how to export the mapped product list from Webgility Desktop, which is integrated with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online. Exporting your product mappings helps you create a backup, review linked items, or make bulk updates before re-importing them into Webgility. This process is especially useful when managing multiple sales channels or making changes to existing product links between your online store and QuickBooks.

Sometimes, it's necessary to create a backup of our mappings to make modifications or add new mappings to a CSV file for import. This guide outlines the steps to export existing product mappings into a CSV file.

Note: If you have multiple sales channels connected to Webgility Desktop, you will need to follow these steps separately for each channel.

Steps to follow:

Step 1: Navigate to the Products tab in Webgility Desktop Application


Step 2:
Click on All products under the store and select “Mapped” in the View option.


Step 3:
Click the Upward Arrow at the bottom to export the mapped item list to your system.

 

Step 4: Click on “save” and your CSV file will be saved.
