How to Download Unpaid and Shipped Orders in Webgility Desktop

This article outlines the process for resolving scenarios where unpaid and/or shipped orders do not appear during order downloads in Webgility Desktop. 

Issue Description

Certain orders—specifically those marked as unpaid or shipped—may not be downloaded in Webgility Desktop due to default application settings or outdated versions.

Resolution Steps

1. Update Webgility Application

  1. Check the current installed version of Webgility Desktop.
  2. If the version is outdated, please update to the latest release:
    • Download the latest installer from the Portal
    • Follow standard update procedures. 

2. Adjust Order Download Settings

  1. Open the Webgility Desktop application.
  2. Navigate to Connections > Sales channels > Advanced settings > other
  3. Review order status filters:
    • Ensure the UnpaidPaidShipped, and any other relevant order statuses are selected for download.
    • Save the changes.

3. Re-Download Orders

  1. In Webgility, click Get new Orders to reinitiate the sync.
  2. Check unpaid and shipped orders now appear as expected.
