Step-by-Step Guide to Export Past Orders from Shopify
Step 1: Confirm Your Order Range and Format
Before you begin:
- Identify the exact date range you want to export (e.g., January 1 to January 31, 2024).
- Decide whether you prefer the file in CSV or Excel format, depending on how you plan to use the data.
Step 2: Export Orders from Shopify Admin
Here’s how to export your past orders:
- Log in to your Shopify Admin.
- Click Orders from the left-hand menu.
- Use the Filter tool to set your desired date range:
- For January 2024, filter from 01/01/2024 to 01/31/2024.
- Select the orders you want to export, or keep all selected by default.
- Click the Export button.
- Choose one of the following export options:
- Current page
- All orders
- Selected orders
