How to Disable the Payment Fees Line Item Feature in Webgility Desktop

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Webgility Desktop Settings

Launch Webgility Desktop

Navigate to Connections > Sales Channel > Settings
2. Locate the Payment Fee Option

In the settings screen, look for the checkbox labeled “Get processing fees as a line item”
3. Disable the Feature

Uncheck this box to disable the feature

Click Save to apply the changes
Result
Once disabled, Webgility Desktop will stop adding payment processing fees as a line item in newly downloaded orders. This adjustment will help simplify your order posting and reconciliation process in QuickBooks.
Note:
Disabling this setting only affects future orders downloaded after the change is saved. Any past orders that already include the processing fee as a line item will remain unchanged.
