Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Scheduler Settings

Launch Webgility Desktop.

Locate the Scheduler Indicator icon in the top-right corner (next to the sales channel drop-down).

Click this icon to open the Scheduler window.

Choose “Review Settings” from the available options.
2. Select Your Sales Channel

From the left-hand panel, select the active sales channel (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) where auto-updates are configured.

This will open scheduler-specific settings for that channel.
3. Adjust Product Sync Preferences

Locate the Sync Product option.

If both Price and Quantity are selected, change it to Quantity only.

If only Price is selected and quantity sync is not needed, uncheck the option entirely to disable product sync.
4. Save and Restart Scheduler

Click Save to apply the changes.

Return to the main Scheduler window and click Start Scheduler to resume with the updated settings.
