How to Disable Automatic Order Downloads by the Scheduler in Webgility Desktop

Steps to Disable Automatic Order Download in Webgility Desktop

1. Open Scheduler Settings

  • Launch Webgility Desktop.

  • Click the Scheduler Indicator icon located in the top-right corner next to the sales channel drop-down menu.

  • In the popup window, click Review Settings.

2. Select the Sales Channel

  • In the left-hand panel, select the sales channel (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) where you want to stop automatic downloads.

  • This will display channel-specific scheduler options.

3. Disable “Get New Orders”

  • Locate the option labeled Get New Orders.

  • Disable this option to stop automatic downloading of new orders from that sales channel.

4. Save Changes

  • Click Save to apply and lock in your updated settings.


Note:

  • This change only affects the selected sales channel. Repeat these steps for any additional channels as needed.

  • Orders can still be downloaded manually at any time bgy clicking Get New Orders in Webgility Desktop.
