How to Determine Which Webgility Desktop Plan You’re Using
This article helps both Webgility Desktop users determine which Webgility subscription/plan they are using. It explains how to check their current plan details either from the Webgility Customer Portal directly or via the Webgility Desktop application.
Quick tips to identify which Webgility Desktop plan you are using. There are two methods to identify your current plan with Webgility.
Method 1: Check on the Webgility Customer Portal

Login to portal.webgility.com to access your Webgility Portal Account

Click on Plan & Usage and check your current plan details.

Method 2: Check from the Webgility Desktop Application

Click on the Webgility Desktop icon from your computer and log in to the application

To the top right, you will see your name initial and a drop-down to select from, select My Account from the drop-down and click on Manage My Account.

It will redirect you to your Webgility Portal Account from where you can follow Method 1 to check your plan details.


Note: Ensure that you use the email address associated with your account.
