Resolution Steps
1. Upgrade Webgility to the Latest Version

Go to Help > Check for Updates within Webgility.

If an update is available, follow the prompts to upgrade to the latest supported version.

Restart Webgility after the update completes.
2. Redownload the Payout

Navigate to Orders > Shopify > Payouts.

Locate the payout in question and Undo Sync (if partially posted).
