Resolution Steps
1. Identify the Affected Order
- Review the error message shown in Webgility Desktop.
- Copy the error message by clicking on it and pressing Ctrl + C.
- Paste it into Notepad using Ctrl + V to reference the affected order number.
2. Locate the Order in Webgility Desktop
- Navigate to the Dashboard in Webgility Desktop.
- Use the search function to locate the affected order in relevant sections:
- Posted Orders
- Archived Orders
- Posted Orders
- Confirm whether the order has already been posted to QuickBooks.
