How to Configure the “Post to Store” Feature in Webgility Desktop for Amazon
This article helps Webgility Desktop users configure Webgility Desktop’s “Post to Store” feature to automatically send shipping details, tracking information, and update order statuses to their Amazon Sales Channel by providing a step-by-step setup guide for seamless order processing and shipping updates.
Steps To Troubleshoot:
- Check the connection in Webgility Desktop, navigate to Connections then go to Sales Channels and then go to Manage Sales Channels and click on the edit icon.
- Click on Test Store Connection and enter your Amazon login credentials at the login page.
- If you're not using QuickBooks Manager, you may skip this step. In Webgility, go to Connections then go to Shipping and click on Shipping Settings. Go to the QuickBooks Shipping Manager tab and verify the matching texts for shipping. Click on save.
- Once done, find the impacted order in Webgility Desktop, select the order at the bottom click on Post To Store button.
