How to Configure Product Sync for Available Quantity Only in Webgility Desktop

This article helps Webgility Desktop users configure product sync settings in Webgility Desktop to ensure accurate inventory across multiple sales channels like Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. User can learn how to sync only available quantities, avoid overselling, and maintain consistent stock levels in all connected stores.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Webgility Dashboard > Products > Settings > Automation Rules.

    • Under Store Settings > Sync Settings, choose Available Quantity as the sync type.

    • Locate the option Select which store to sync with Webgility.

    • Select each sales channel (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart) one at a time to configure quantity and price rules as needed.

    • Set the Sync Frequency (recommended: every 30 minutes).

    • Click Save to apply changes.

    • Restart the Scheduler and monitor the Scheduler Logs to confirm successful synchronization.

    Note:
    Before making any changes, make sure the Scheduler is turned off. Disable it from the system tray by right-clicking the Webgility icon and selecting Stop and Exit.
